WHO:     Special District Directors, Senior Staff & Associates

WHAT:    Bob Braitman, Executive Office, Santa Barbara LAFCO will speak on Municipal Service Reviews (MSR)

    MSR guidelines, MSR questioner for special districts, the work of Technical Task, LAFCO’s Budget for next fiscal year and questions from the audience, Spheres of Influence, and how, when, and where LAFCO will next proceed with respect to MSRs and Spheres of Influence.

    THIS IS THE TIME FOR EACH SPECIAL DISTRICT DIRECTOR AND MANAGER TO HELP SHAPE THE DIRECTION OF LAFCO AND OBTAIN SOME UNDERSTAND AS TO WHAT LAFCO WILL REQUIRE WITH RESPECT TO MSRs !
